First official release of this tiny text editor. This text editor has only few features.

The only reason why I have developed this thing (within few hours) is that MiniText supports Unicode text files. As a developer or even user often I have to manipulate .reg files created by PHM RegEdit. Since these are Unicode text files I need a text editor supporting that encoding.
